MPL Toolbox

The Exploration Toolkit developed the Mobile Petrophysics Laboratory (MPL) Toolbox in collaboration with the MPL Project to allow for downhole petrophysical data viewing, calibration, and QAQC (Quality assurance & control). To support the Discovery Program’s goal of improving digital literacy amongst researchers a simple software architecture was adopted for the app. This simple architecture empowers researchers to directly contribute code to the final product allowing for faster development of features important to the researchers and end users.

Features include: - Automation of a previously manual workflow - Imports proprietary GeoTek files from MPL (and other formats) - Signal plots, Pwave Plots, Calibration file handling, QA/QC Processing - Works offline or hosted online via XT EASI
